Under certain medical conditions Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, cupping, and scraping/ Gua Sha may not be advised. For example, when a fever is present, infection, skin rashes, other illness or recent surgery. If a massage could be potentially harmful to a client’s condition, An Inner Peace reserves the right to decline to perform the massage.  Some conditions may require written doctor's consent.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

• The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in the file.
• All future late cancellations will incur a $20 fee. 
• A no-show will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved services.
• A $20 administrative fee will be applied to any refund including that of prepaid sessions.
